A short, honest privacy note

Joyna is in beta. This page is plain-spoken on purpose — no dark patterns, no 4,000-word legalese.

What you tell the chat

When you chat with Joyna, the conversation is sent to Anthropic (Claude Haiku) so the AI can read it and respond. We don't store your conversation server-side. We do keep a copy in your browser's localStorage so the chat survives a page refresh — that's local to your device. Click "Start over" any time to wipe it.

No accounts yet

Joyna doesn't have a login, doesn't ask for your name or email, and doesn't set tracking cookies. If we add accounts later, we'll tell you here first.

Where the events come from

Events are scraped from public listings on Eventbrite, Meetup, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and venue websites. We respect each platform's robots.txt and rate limits. Every event card links back to the original listing on the host site.

If you're a host

If your event appears here and you'd rather it didn't, email hello@joyna.community and we'll remove it within 48 hours.

Changes

When this page changes materially, we'll add a note at the top with a date.
